Message from the CEO

Don't hire us! Not yet, at least. Choosing a partner to help you build out your product vision, or take your company to the next level, is no trivial effort. Every company is different, and not just in the ways you think. It's not just about prices and availability... it's about culture, communication style, processes, and company vision.

We've been building web and mobile applications for a long time now, and the most important lesson we've learned is this: the biggest predictor of success for a relationship with a client is the cultural and vision fit. So, before you consider hiring us, there are a few things you should think about:

We implement best practices. If you cut corners, you're hurting us in addition to yourself.
We don't believe in silver bullets, in development practices or work-styles. We try to stay balanced.
Good communication makes good projects; if you don't have someone dedicated to communicating with us, find one.
We aren't afraid to say 'no' -- or to pushback when we disagree with something.
We're proud - of our work and of who we are. Be careful with our egos.
We have traditions here, like buying tacos for the entire office when you break a core rule.
Trust is the cornerstone of healthy relationships. Don't hire us if you can't trust us.
