Gumshoe
www.gumshoe.comGumshoe is an online boutique for children's shoes that is located in Burlingame, CA. Crowd began working with Gumshoe on August 2010, developing a 100% Ruby on Rails web store, that has also a point of sale linked to it, so that the whole operation (physical store and web site) could be managed under the same system.
LESSONS LEARNED
We learned how to develop quick under Agile methodology with a small team, achieving goals in a very short period of time. The MVP was accomplished in a record time for us. We also learned how to use Amazon to gather more exposure, and how to make it an extension of the system.
How GumShoe Utilizes Crowd
We built it from scratch, we deployed it and set it all up in 8 weeks. After this, the Gumshoe crew took control.
